Frog
Lie on your back and raise your legs straight up. Draw your heels near and move away the fingertips. Bend your knees slowly and then straighten them by tensing the muscles. Repeat this exercise thrice.

Scissors
Be on a lying position still. Keep your hands on the ground then raise your feet about 30 cm high and cross them like scissors movement for ten counts. Make it continuously and start moving each leg up and down in 10 counts. Repeat it for three times and make sure that your feet will not touch the ground.

Lunge
Make your body straight and spread your legs at shoulder width. Try to stretch your hands forward and step your left foot aside. Bend your right leg in the knee and sit on it where you will feel your body weight shifting on your leg. Stand up slowly and move your body to your other leg. Repeat it for ten to fifteen times on each side.

Ball Compressing
Be on a lying position again and bend your knees. Put an elastic ball between your legs while your hands are aligned with your body. Raise your butt and pull the belly. Try to stay on this position for half a minute to a full minute. Compress the ball as much as possible between your knees. Repeat this exercise five times.

Intense Strain
Support your head with your hand while your left side is lying on the floor. Bend your right leg in the knee and put it on the ground in front of your leg. Raise your leg for about 30 cm high and repeat this exercise for ten to fifteen times with your both legs.

Defeat the Resistance

Use an elastic fitness band and align your legs with your shoulder. Place the band about mid-calf. Raise your left foot and move it sideways to beat the band resistance. Repeat this routine for ten times.
