De Lima: Nasasaktan na ako. I'm walking out.

The senator got offended so she walked out of the Senate.

On Monday night, Senator Leila De Lima marched out of the Senate probe on extrajudicial and summary killings allegedly linked to the war on drugs of President Rodrigo Duterte's administration.

The argument became heated when De Lima was questioned by her fellow senators, Richard Gordon and Panfilo Lacson, on why witness Edgar Matobato left the chamber without asking permission from the panel.

Gordon also chided De Lima for concealing the fact that in 2000, Matabato was charged with kidnapping with by the National Bureau of Investigation.

De Lima and Antonio Trillanes IV defended that Matobato disclosed such information during one of the Senate hearings.

Gordon still asserted that De Lima hid the vital information about Matobato which triggered the the latter to walk out of the Senate, saying furiously: "It pains me to be accused of material concealment. I am walking out, I’m sorry."
